With a Bachelor of Science degree and professional membership with BANT, ANP and FHT, I combine scientific knowledge with practical, real world experience to guide clients toward sustainable results.

My integrated approach looks at the whole person, not just symptoms- focusing on nutrition, movement and recovery to support lasting lifestyle change. Whether working with clients to boost energy, improve performance or simply feel their best every day. I tailor every plan to fit each individual's unique goals and needs.
